On-site services of your contents means we still go through an extensive inventory and damage evaluation process. If its determined that your contents do not need further examination or work at our shop, we offer solutions to keep your items in storage right at your home or business. This ensures your items are right where they need to be and ready for unloading when necessary repairs have been made to your property.
Our team will come to your location to remediate or repair the items inside your property. If your building has minimal structural damage and can still be secured after a catastrophe this can be a great option.
How Our Moving and Storage Process Works
Every move starts with a walk-through, so we know the volume, the access and the fragile pieces before a single box is packed.
- Assessment and inventory. Items are photographed, labelled and recorded room by room.
- Packing. Furniture is blanket-wrapped and fragile pieces are boxed with the right materials.
- Transport. Belongings travel on our own trucks with our own crew.
- Cleaning where needed. Smoke, soot or water damaged items are cleaned and deodorized before storage.
- Storage. Items are kept in climate-controlled vaults at our facility in northeast Calgary.
- Pack-back. Everything comes back and is placed where it belongs once your property is ready.

Do you use subcontracted movers?
No. Our own staff and trucks pack, move and return your belongings, so the people who inventoried your items are the ones handling them.
Can you store items at my property instead?
Often, yes. When a building can still be secured, we can clean, pack and store contents on site so they are ready when repairs are finished.
Is moving and storage covered by insurance?
