What Happens During a Pack-Out

A pack-out is more than moving boxes. It is the start of your contents claim.

Every item is photographed, labelled and recorded by room, with its condition noted. That photo inventory becomes the record you and your adjuster work from, and it is how we track each item through cleaning, storage and pack-back.

As we pack, items are sorted into restorable and non-restorable. Non-restorable items are documented with photos and descriptions so they can be valued on your claim. Fragile, high-value and sentimental pieces are packed separately with extra protection.
