Calgary Contents stores restored contents in private, climate-controlled vaults at our facility off 104 Avenue NE in northeast Calgary. Temperature and humidity are managed to protect furniture, electronics, documents, artwork and textiles from the moisture and temperature swings that cause warping, mould and corrosion.
Every item is tracked in our barcoded inventory, so you and your adjuster always know where your belongings are.

How Storage Works During a Claim
- Pack-out and inventory. Every item is photographed, labelled and tracked through our pack-out service.
- Cleaning and restoration. Items are cleaned before storage so damage does not keep spreading.
- Vault storage. Restored contents go into climate-controlled vaults, tracked item by item.
- Updates. You and your adjuster know what is in storage and what is still being restored.
