What exactly is a contents pack-out?
A pack-out is the organised removal of everything inside a property so repairs can proceed. We inventory and photograph each item, pack and crate it, move it out in our own trucks, and store it until the work is finished — then bring it all back and put it where it was.
Where are my belongings actually stored?
In private, climate-controlled vaults at our own facility at Unit 145, 1610 104 Avenue NE in Calgary. The space is temperature-stable, alarm-monitored and access-controlled — it is not a self-storage unit, and your contents are not mixed in with another household’s.
Can you store my contents at my Calgary property instead?
Often, yes. If the building is secure and only part of it is affected, we can consolidate, wrap and store your contents on site — in a sealed room or a container in the driveway — which keeps costs down and shortens the pack-back. We will tell you honestly at the walk-through whether it is a safe option.
Do you bill the insurance company directly?
We work with most Alberta insurers and adjusters and can bill the claim directly where the policy allows. Your barcoded inventory, photos and storage schedule are supplied in the format adjusters expect, which is usually what keeps approvals moving.
How fast can you start a pack-out in Calgary?
